We are looking for short video, audio or written testimonials.

 

If you are willing to share:

1. No longer than 2 minutes please.

2. Tell us how treatment helped you or your family.

3. No need to share your name unless you want to.

4.  Do not share the name of your program.   We want to share stories, not promote specific programs.

5. Please do not violate the privacy of fellow clients by sharing their names or images.

6. If you are under 18, you will need parental consent to post.

 

Your content, if approved by the moderator, will be posted to this site and will be publicly visible on the Thriving Now public Facebook feed.
